Starting with the Upstate
The concept originated two years ago out of frustration with membership in multiple MLS platforms. After finding an experienced developer, we embarked on creating a platform akin to Black Knight or CoreLogic.
The platform aggregates data from various sources, including active listings, historical data, school zones, owner information, and market trends. Listings inputted by agents will be syndicated to Listhub and major sites. A soft launch in SC will precede expansion to FL, considering local nuances before a nationwide rollout. Users, licensed agents, appraisers, or property managers, don’t need to be REALTORS.
Priced at $50/month with no contract, the platform excludes brokerage-side fees or application fees. Additionally, Sentri-lock will be offered, with pricing similar to Supra but featuring smarter functionalities like a one-time showing code and a keypad on the box.
